VCAP FOR SEXUAL ASSAULT SURVIVORS

The Pennsylvania Victims Compensation Assistance Program (VCAP) provides funding for therapy for survivors of sexual assault in Pennsylvania.

You don’t need to have reported the assault to police, and there’s no statute of limitations for applying.

VCAP provides up to $5,000 in therapy coverage for assaults that occurred after age 18, and up to $10,000 for assaults that occurred before age 18. Therapy is fully covered up to the approved amount through the fund.

Clients complete a simple one-page form, and I bill the state fund directly.

I’m happy to answer questions about the process during a consultation call.

I offer complimentary 20-minute Zoom consultation calls for adults in Pennsylvania, New York, and New Jersey who are interested in working together.
