Clinical Supervision

I provide clinical supervision for Pennsylvania-based clinicians and social workers.

My supervision style is relational, collaborative, trauma-informed, and grounded in curiosity rather than performance or perfectionism.

I work especially well with clinicians who are interested in psychodynamic, relational, attachment-focused, and IFS-informed ways of thinking about case conceptualization and therapeutic relationships. I’m much more interested in helping clinicians deepen their thinking about people, relationships, systems, countertransference, and relational dynamics than in highly manualized cognitive-behavioral approaches.

We might spend time thinking together about why a particular client dynamic keeps feeling stuck, why certain sessions leave you feeling confused or ineffective, or how larger relational and systemic dynamics may be showing up in the therapy room.

Supervision with me tends to be active, engaged, collaborative, and emotionally thoughtful rather than passive or purely administrative.

I offer complimentary 20-minute Zoom consultation calls for adults in Pennsylvania, New York, and New Jersey who are interested in working together.
